    Great brand, allows banker to have a voice and they listen to most feedback. I recommend great for the first job out of college or just getting into a banking company.

    Pros

    The company has great benefits, matching 401k, great health insurance, access to expert retirement/investment advisors. Employees are great to work with and are always willing to help teach what they know. If you enjoy working in an environment that is very fast paced than this is the job for you. Always looking to promote and help move people up in the company.

    Cons

    The work can be challenging, people sometimes cant keep up and get frustrated.
