I have been working at Bank of America (More than a year)

    Pros

    It's a great job. I loved it a lot.

    Cons

It's a great job. If it was all year round, it would be a great position.

    Advice to Management

I would work their if it was all year round.

I have been working at Bank of America part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice staff, benefits are solid, lots to learn, pay is slightly better than average. Products are easy to sell. Very inclusive culture thought it may seem a bit forced at times.

    Cons

The actual work itself is rather tedious/repetitive. You eventually get tired of cashing checks for people. The company is good, the clientele poses a bit of an obstacle sometimes. Glorified retail essentially.

    Advice to Management

The only thing I know of are some bugs in the teller’s software but nothing in terms of how work operates. Maybe there’s too much paper.
