    Company is to big. You name is replaced by a number and while they want work/life balance, it really isn't there.

    Hiring many entry level Customer Service Representatives

    Cons

    Company only allows for a 2% increase in salary budget. So in order to get a nice raise you need to get a new job

    Community outreach. Career growth. Many opportunities to grow in several fields. Ability to achieve commission and double your paycheck.

    Cons

    High turnover of upper management. Lots of changes, consistently. Change can be good, however, it can get frustrating at times as well.

    Invest more time in your employees, individually. There is a lot of untapped talent that goes unnoticed. Be consistent.

    Great name recognition, good support, benefits not too bad. good training resources

    Cons

    Takes awhile to get things done when requested, a long-time employee told me that they "move at the speed of bank." Pretty typical of a large bank.

    Advice to Management

    Don't beat employees up if they don't hit predetermined targets some months. There's more to work than what the computer model spits out.

    its a sales job but no one tells you that

    no autonomy, micro managed, under paid jobs specially if you're not us citizen you don't expect your education and qualifications matters to management.

    Advice to Management

    pay people well so they are happy at their job.
    Treat people well and stop favoritism.
    Help employee to get where their passion is not push them to sale.
