I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I was a trader, and I loved my job. Salary, work hour, people, everything was good.
There were only small amount of unnecessary work, colleagues are eager to learn new things.

    Cons

    Neverending workout...
They can not finish their workout - it has been 5 years. but not end.
many junior or middle level employee are being cut off for a long time.
    it makes ppl demotivated.
