I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Good Benefits including 401k, parental leave, sick time etc.

    Cons

Low salary, tough to find a good manager, seems like the longer you work there the smaller the raise, expected to be available 24/7.

I have been working at Bank of America

    Pros

Massive network of potential connections within the company. BAC does everything in finance, so if you have the drive and meet the right people, you can probably accomplish your career goals. Benefits are above average and seem to get better every year.

    Cons

The company culture (in my department at least) leaves a lot to be desired. Most employees seem very bitter/uneasy in their jobs and it rubs off on how employees interact. Metrics to determine advancement are confusing and inconsistent all over the place.

    Advice to Management

Continue making transparency your number one priority.

I have been working at Bank of America

    Pros

Vacation and Benefits package is good. I get 15 days paid vacation, 10 sick days and we get banking holidays as well. There are many different groups so if you want to try something new and move to another career path you won't have to move to another company and deal with all the paper work associated with a new employer.

    Cons

The place is so big that many talented people will be lost in the mix. When you get an opportunity to show your worth(they will be fewer than at a smaller shop) you have to seize it.

    Advice to Management

Remember to stick to what you're good at. There is no need to chase unrelated businesses. Remember that the person-to-person relationship with the customer is the foundation of banking. And most importantly: Align Bank's interests with customers' and clients'!
