    Pros

At times, you are allowed to work from home when personal matters make it necessary. You can also flex your hours as an exception basis when necessary.

    Cons

IT is mired in their own politics vs focusing on business needs. This has been become so pervasive that folks are more interested in building vaporware with big sounding words than building something that helps the company become more successful.

    Advice to Management

Get back to producing for the business and providing a way for IT to be judged on that more than their own political structure.

I worked at Bank of America (More than a year)

    Pros

Learning wise it is very good company to work. and lots of scope to enrich your technical skills. You will become master in banking if you work for a longer duration.

    Cons

The SLA and timely delivery is the only concern over here where you have to be always ready to face that challenge . Otherwise it is very good company to work.

    Advice to Management

Keep employees where they are happy and needed, not wherever there is room.

    Pros

Nothing as of now. because they are more inclined towards declining people.

    Cons

No idea how they are interviewing. They should know how to interview people instead of stupid politics

    Advice to Management

Get better recruitment process. The process is all random. They will just select people with experience with all stupid questions.
