    Cons

    One of the main downsides of working at Bank of America, especially in my capacity, as a commissioned employee in the appraisal department, there wasn't much work/life balance. We received work 24 hours 7days a week, including holidays. Unfortunately this did not allow appraisers to much time to spend with family on a regular basis. This occurred nationwide within the company and most appraisers felt that they didn't...

    Advice to Management

    I would advise Senior Management to listen to its associates. The company seems to lose good people because they don't feel that their voice is being heard. When associates speak, especially about not having a positive work/life balance, Senior Management should definitely take the time to listen. Not listening causes good people to leave.
