Great technology for customers and bankers. Great product offerings. Company is constantly improving internal and external technology offerings.
Management at Branch Level is inept and slow to adapt to customer needs. Focus on modern banking can detract from customer's banking preferences. Pushing Merrill Lynch products on naive customers is annoying.
Advice to Management
A bank is essentially a utility, like water and power, except that banks are driven by competition instead of monopoly control. Pushing products is a turn-off for customers.
