    Pros

Mobility opportunities are great, be patient and open minded with the opportunities that may be presented to you.
Most managers are genuine and care about their staff and the company.
Business is doing well, bank is in a strong position.

    Cons

Pay is stagnant for many years.
Opportunities within Australia become limited and to stay with the company, need to be willing to relocate offshore.
    Employment benefits lacking competitors.
Too bureaucratic due to size of the organisation.
A lot of offshoring and pressure on staff to perform at constant high levels.
Zero tolerance for even the smallest of human errors.

    Advice to Management

Understand that countries across the world have unique qualities/requirements/cultures that you need to be aware of and understand. One size fits all model from the US does not work when you try to force it upon countries outside of the US.
