    Pros

    It's a paycheck. My last manager was very nice.

    Cons

    Everyone is just a number. Too much turnover driven by workforce reduction. No training for new hires.

    Keep knowledgeable people that are committed.

    Made good friends with all of my coworkers
    Great health benefits
    Pay was great
    Addison location has a cafeteria

    Cons

    Was told my job was a stepping stone and I would be able to move in the company and unfortunately that was not the case. After hard work and busting my butt doing and fulfilling my job role they let me go.

    Advice to Management

    More 1-1 and more help to move around in the company so you don't lose good employees because of lay offs

    The company has excellent benefits and tries to ensure that employees have a balance between family life and work life.

    Cons

    The only downside that I experienced is that the company sees to have frequent layoffs even during prosperous times.

    Advice to Management

    Reduce the frequency of layoffs which will calm the fears of employees losing their jobs.
