    Pros

Very good benefits package, promotions from within the organization

    Cons

The management is unbalanced. Managers will find excuses to dump employees based on personal preference rather than metrics alone.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Health Insurance, 401k, paid college tuition, vacations, sick time, paid holidays.

    Cons

Managers decide if you get most benefits, you can't use the bathroom, you have to be available when they want and they can change your schedule when it pleases the managers, some managers will over-coach you, managers do not have a clear understanding of new instructions and give contradictory instructions to employees, there is no follow up on questions about new changes implemented, if you speak up, the site leader will single you out, etc.

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Excellent benefits, competitive salary, diverse workforce, tenured employees and supportive mid level leadership

    Cons

Difficult to navigate the different organizational levels, voice of customer/ employees is not always a valued priority and staff reductions/downsizing are not always done based on employee performance.
