I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

Wonderful positive environment Helpful support from management and co-workers Better than average benefits My own boss would never ask anyone to do something she would not do herself Superior training possibilities for job performance and advancement

    Cons

Adequate salary but, I think, salaries should be based on performance and not titles alone. I managed to score "Exceed" once but it was not easy. Perhaps this not a con.

    Advice to Management

Excellent experience working for the Bank. I would enjoy working there again. Culture, values and benefits are good. I do not have anything negative to say.

I have been working at Bank of America

    Pros

When one contract comes to an end it's usually quite a short wait for the next one to arrive but it's very hard to become an employee

    Cons

There really aren't many, I've always been treated well (6 or 7 contracts) but with all the layoffs over the last few years any vacancies get filled internally.

    Advice to Management

The problem they seem unaware of is that everyone is just sitting there in fear of the next round of layoffs

  3. "Good work environment and great pay"

    Cons

Sometimes hard to keep up with the many demands. Very fast-paced. Often hard to get the resources you need (software, hardware).

    Pros

employment geneally runs at least one year

    Cons

you are expected to bring in your own coffee

    Advice to Management

coffee, a place to have lunch, an occasional social event, or even a Christmas party, would help morale and productivity

Independent work environment, I had a great manager!
