    Pros

Working at BofA taught me to be professional. This company will help develop you in your role. Lots opportunities for advancing and great benefits.

    Cons

The referral goals are waaaay too high. Customers really don't appreciate tellers offering products every time they enter the banking center. Customers become angry after hearing it over and over. High turnover.

    Advice to Management

Lower the referral goals some. Tellers should be allowed to sit from time to time.

    Pros

Good, benefits, good hours, good Holidays.

    Cons

My coworker was celebrating her 30th anniversary and she got a card.... seriously? that is all her life of loyalty to this company, they don't care how hard you work, the only thing they care for is that you sell something I worked there so hard, for three years and even helped train people in my team I asked for a transfer and they said "nothing was available" when I relocated and had already found another job went to the bank and they said: we have been looking for 2 people for over 6 months. I felt they really didn't care about me at all, they only care if you sell.

    Advice to Management

Care about your employees, they are a big asset.
