    I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great benefits when it comes to childcare & college reimbursement. They also offer 401k employer match which is great.

    Cons

    Downsizing so employees are overworked and the opportunity to advance is scarce.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate with employees better and respond to your emails when an employee is trying to apply for another position. My old manager would always act as if he never got the email... Really??

    * Management does not care about you and considers you replaceable if you don't force customers to purchase their products, even if they don't need them.
    * Management does not want you to succeed in life and will not appreciate your vast contributions to the Financial Center.

    Advice to Management

    * Clean it up.

    I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The pay and benefits are great! Holidays off. The hours were good. Got out at 4:30 almost every day. Room for advancement.

    Cons

    Overworked because they didn’t want to hire more people when needed. You could be the only teller that day, making it hard to even go use the restroom. Lunch is only 30 minutes long, which makes it hard to get food and eat it.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to what’s happening from the tellers.
