I worked at Bank of America part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The hours were nice and consistent. Working in banking give you the federal holidays off as well, which is always nice. Decent pay and attainable referral goals.

    Cons

The downsizing of the number of tellers caused a lot of frustration on the customer side and as a teller you are usually the outlet for their frustration.

I worked at Bank of America full-time

    Pros

Time management skills were great with 2 out of the 3 managers I had. Very in to their communities.

    Cons

They don't care about their employees or their customers. They try SO HARD to get you to upgrade accounts and get a credit card. If you're sick or have an emergency, you better show up to work first. There is NO work/life balance
