    Welcoming and friendly environment.
    Free lunch/diner for special occasions e.g Thanksgiving.

    Cons

    Management lacked organisation and some seemed to not be trained properly.

    Name recognition
    Working on a trading floor was neat

    Cons

    No co-op program - didn't even get a chance to meet the other co-ops there
    little room for learning - narrow focus
    basically do a lot of monotonous repetitive work so full time staff don't have to

    Advice to Management

    Have a better co-op program to better retain talent
