I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Uncapped bonus, top 5% take home north of 6000$ quarterly bonus, the new hookup with merril is a decent advancement opportunity in addition to the Us trust recruiting

    Cons

Micromanagement to the max. You give one person a debit card then have to do 20 mins of paperwork. Open one checking and you're looking at pulling the operations manager from the tellers to verify you've provide disclosures.

    Advice to Management

Should be getting an Annual sales bonus and profit share as well as preferred stock option.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

This company has great benefits and has great opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

The layoffs really hurt a lot of people, and when they layoff, its like whole departments.

    Advice to Management

Remember your hard workers, judge them by your experience with them or their whole record, not just 1 manager who probably has an ax to grind.

    Pros

Good products and pricing, constant training and new development of tools for use, good foundation overall.

    Cons

Bad back office support, constantly moving guidelines, constant operations revolving door and poor follow through with clients. Hand A doesn't know what is going on with hand B most of the time.

    Advice to Management

Stabilize operations, provide more consistent training to processors, fix turnover issues and better communications with clients
