I have been working at Bank of America full-time

    Pros

Bank of America puts a lot of emphasis on responsible growth and protecting customers and the bank from unnecessary risk. The company is incredible when it comes to work life balance and I am proud to tell people I work at BOA. Brian Moniyhan is an amazing leader who values the welfare of employees. I feel confident that he has positioned the bank to whether financial crisis and will protect jobs to the uptmost of his ability. The company also strongly aligns itself with causes that are important to me and values volunteering.

    Cons

    Paying for parking in Charlotte
