I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Location. Being a member of the travelling team we had great meals only!

    Cons

It's Who likes you that makes a difference not how well you know your job,the self training programs stinks, management hasn't a clue if you don't understand. The LAID offs are Unbelievable, with so many locations they could try to offer employment opportunities in other departments, to keep dedicated Employees. If you are 55 or older you can FORGET about getting another position once LAID off. I have applied to at least...

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

Great Benefits...many departments to work and opportunity to move or relocate to another area is available.

    Cons

Everyday is different and you always have to expect change in priorities from one day to the next. Putting out fires seems to be a daily routine, no one ever seems to figure out how the fires get started to avoid the panic each day. Departments overlap quite often and the left hand never seems to be talking to the right hand to get everyone working together and on the same timelines. Communication between departments...

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Benefits are good. Vacation is 3 weeks and you can purchase a 4th week if wanted.

    Cons

Management doesn't really know what they are doing or care about the employees although they pretend too. The sick occurrence rule is bad. I was told when I first started if you are sick take at least 2 days off at a time. I didn't understand why but once you are there you will get it. 5 occurrences within a rolling year is ridicules. Polices about how you do you job are non-productive, seems that it is more important...
