I worked at Bank of America (Less than a year)

    Pros

Large multinational company with great benefits and career opportunities, particularly if you are willing to relocate. Pays competitive salary, depending on qualifications.

    Cons

Large company that is sometimes difficult to navigate and learn about other lines of business. Cost saving initiatives continue in the form of large volume employee layoffs.

    Advice to Management

Good Management for the most part. Continue to motivate employees by supporting their career goals and leading by example.
