    Very supportive team to help you grow with the company. They have locations everywhere to make it convent for you to find the best commute that fits your needs.

    Not alot of cons to be honest.

    I have been working at Bank of America part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good pay and great benefits. Bankers hours are great because you always get Sunday off and are out usually before sundown.

    Cons

    How busy it gets and the customers at times. Generally not flexible as far as days off. And they make you pick your vacations out a year in advance.

    Advice to Management

    Help instead of micromanaging. Inform clients of changes so they aren’t upset with the bank
