This enviroment forces you to sell under pressure, making you less of an finanical advisor and more of a used car salesman
Advice to Management
Come back down to earth and release that the type of solutions you offer don't work for a majority of the populous and drop the high sales quotas. Someone really looking out for the customers best interest will not be able to make their numbers.
