I have been working at Bank of America (More than 3 years)
Benefits are amazing. I have never worked for a company with so many different benefits available to both part time as well as full time associates. From health benefits to tuition reimbursement, to corporate discounts, child care assistance and so many more. There are also tons of career opportunities available with BOA. You can almost go in any direction within the company given that you put in the time and the work to get there.
Very stressful work enviornment. If you do not work well under pressure DO NOT work for Bank of America. Although each day is a new adventure it can be very stressful. For the amount of work being put on the Financial Center associates i would expect them to give pretty good raises but good luck seeing a raise other than the merit increase. Staff is being cut left and right also which leave the front line associates being yelled at constantly by customers because of lack of staffing which is not the financial centers fault but customer do not see it that way.

Great benefits and the employees where all very kind.
Always short staffed and busy.
For students, there is tuition reimbursement, medical/healthcare coverage, paid vacations/holidays, and sick-leaves.
Also, Bank of America pays for daycare and has fitness incentives.
Great team building exercises and activities
Really demanding workplace -- must meet sales numbers. Also, customers are rude sometimes.
