I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Bank of America offers great benefits. The insurance is very good, they offer 4 months of paternity leave, paid time off and sick time. The pay is very good. This job gives you the opportunity to enhance your critical thinking skills, it requires a lot of analysis and quick decision making. If you enjoy analyzing data and finding anomalies, then this could be a good fit.

    Cons

The job is the role of two people put into one. Some days you are receiving back to back phone calls, so you don’t have much time to really analyze an alert. Some of the procedures need to be re-worked to improve efficiency.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The benefits hands down. 4 different healthcare providers, 2 dental, 401k match of 5%, 2k ortho benefit, 1x salary life insurance match for FREE and numerous other benefits. Additionally, the money they spend on technology is unparalleled. They truly have the best and brightest taking full advantage of what technology has to offer, positively affecting consumers. With the COVID-19 outbreak, not one employee has been laid off, nor salaries reduced. They’ve provided emergency childcare assistance, awarded additional money to in branch team members paychecks to offset expenses and even allowed thousands work from home....WOW! Branch team members have truly been shown how much they are appreciated and that’s rare. It’s truly amazing to see a company do this in the midst of a crisis. Glad to work for such a wonderful company!

    Cons

No cons for me at the moment!
