    Studied the past the series 7 and went to training with partners and financial visors and wholesalers. Overall this company treated me well

    Pros

    Very women friendly. Encourage young women to be more active

    Cons

    too many silos and too many folks. very Inefficient. Top management does not know how to motivate existing management team.

    Advice to Management

    Management taking granted for their level 2 management. There is zero opportunity to grow both in term of carrier opportunities as well compensation.

    Culture is not genuine and neither are the people. Thinking outside the box is not valued in such an organization.

    Cooperative spirit within teams conducive to good work environment. Healthy collegiate relationship between various teams and departments that fosters collaborative spirit.

    Cons

    Inefficient, too many redundant competing teams and groups. Highly bureaucratic with limited focus on innovation and entrepreneurial culture. Pay level not as competitive as some other banks.
