    I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 20 years

    Pros

    Benefits over all are very good and vacation time as well. Salaries are good. Better than other banks in Charlotte. BAC is leaps ahead of other banks in innovation and technologies.

    They changed their tuition reimbursement program without notifying anyone. Not of any use to someone who already has a degree unless you’re interested in paying for an additional degree. Very hard to schedule training because you often do the work of two or three people.     Advice to Management

    Change up your performance review processes, consider remote work Options - if not at home then work locations NOT in uptown Charlotte .....tuition reimbursement should be for any college courses again and not just degreed programs..

      HIGH sales goals, management ONLY cares for people putting money in THEIR pocket, CONSTANT conference calls and micro managing at it's finest!! Hard to move out of one role to another, long hours and half hour lunch breaks!
