      Pros

      - Decent BB name, dependent on group - Seems like there is genuine initiative and hope to make BofA a great place to work - Really good meal expensing policy

      Cons

      - bad travel expensing and virtually no perks/discount of note *group dependent* - trash culture, very limited investment in others or interest in educating and building A&A - loaded with boring, uninteresting grunt-like personnel - tons of pitching - checks and balances to culture/work-life balance are paper thin and thrown out the window at the first sign of inconvenience to senior banker or deadline - terrible communication standard among bankers - have zero input into career progression or deal experience; no insight into pipeline of work that is around the corner - highly political, opinions of one individual can sink a bonus; loudest voice is credited as authority on matters, not representative of body of work
