    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

Not much to do; only 7 hour workday; hardly had to do much though clerks at other banks did have enough pressure

    Cons

Terrible colleagues: middle age, pass promotions just to stay at the same location; indulge in gossip; dependent on pay commissions to increase their pay; the oldest clerk earned more than the branch manager which is pretty f-ed up IMO!

Get rid of old staff; give a reason to employees to work for, beyond the salary and benefits
