    I was in the headquarter. It provides a very international view. People there are very high educated and qualified.

    Cons

    The pressure will vary from positions. But the salary nearly the same.

    I received professional training at the research department of Bank of China. My manager taught about equity research and investments.

    Cons

    The salary of interns is a little bit low, but it is a good platform to learn analysis skills and know new people.

    Intensive training in all aspects. Learn a lot. Good atmosphere among work mates usually with high educational background.

    Always over time...... Not enough rest

    Improvement in computer systems would increase people's efficiency and let them go home earlier
