    Pros

Great working environment. The building was newly built near the Qfanjiang River, so you can enjoy a great view from the very top. And the food was awesome .

    Cons

Everyone seemed to be busy to answer your questions or even assign any task. Sometimes they just throw you a pile of pages for you to read. Not enough working opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Should definitely develop a better internship programme. And managers are supposed to provide feedback to interns after they hand in their work. Every intern should have a supervisor.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Bank of Communications (More than a year)

    Pros

Working environment fair. No much office politics. Staff are nice. Work life balance is relative easy in this company. Don't have too much pressure.

    Cons

Base salary is relative low compared to the peers on the street, especially in the investment banking industry. The bonus is sometimes not so attractive.

    Advice to Management

Could enhance the base and salary to attract more talented people. The working environment i.e. office, could be better.
