    Pros

    Worked in Treasury department and the supervisor was really nice to me, taught me about the company governance and their business. Manager has been really nice to the staff

    Cons

    not too much work to do. people talking Cantonese instead of English or Mandrain since all of them are Chinese

    Advice to Management

    could manage more work to intern or rotate intern in each department to get them learn better about the company.

    People are nice here and very willing to help you with your difficulties. Besides, staff welfare is very good here. Great dining hall and working environment.

    In some departments, daily work may be repeating and boring. Career path differs with different departments.

    Advice to Management

    As a top company, it has grown to great scale and matured operation systems. Maybe it should focus more on arising staff's passion, even the most entry-level positions.

    Pros

    Employees are enthusiastic to their jobs. Even though employees are busy, they are willing to help and train new workers. The work environment is very nice. I can learned bank loan procedures here.

    Cons

    Workers may too busy to care about everyone. Sometimes, they may forget the details about what they already told to me.

    Advice to Management

    Managers may need to allocate affordable work load to workers so that workers do not need to speed too much after work time to finish tasks.

    I worked at Bank of Communications full-time

    Pros

    The work in the bank is always stable and you do not need travel for your work. the salary and welfare is not bad

    Cons

    always have to work overtime and customers are not always friendly. also do not have promotion chances. do the same work for a lot of years

    Advice to Management

    Each staff may have been supervised by several department managers. Sometimes these managers do not agree with each other. Why don't they coordinate first?

    The office is small, about 50 people in total; business is not as much as some large banks; most people speak mandarin.
