    Pros

    People at BOCOM International are very nice and helpful. As an intern, feel free to ask your coworker questions if you don't understand something.

    Cons

    During busy seasons, things can get very hectic and employees are usually doing OT a lot. It may be better if the company improves its work-life balance.

    Advice to Management

    It may take long for someone to get promoted. Please focus on improving your employees ranking system and focus on the work-life balance

    Pros

    It is a public bank, so the employee compensation is pretty good. And working hours for my department is pretty nice.

    Cons

    Not easy to be hired by the company. You need have high educational background and good academic score in order for interview.

    Advice to Management

    They should communicate more with the employees. communications can not only build up the relations, but also motivate the employees in their work.
