    Not too much negative for this bank. Very good bank. Take care of employees and provide a lot of facilities for employees in Shanghai Pudong

    Continue doing. Very good. Provide more opportunities for fresh graduators and more training maybe?

    coworkers are friendly to me.

    Cons

    Management dont care about employees at all.
    Poor management, sort of appreciate-the-job-or-get-off.
    Too much office politics. You can hardly imagine how complexed the relationship is in such a small office.
    Stagnancy in every business.
    Lot of restrictions from management.
    doing lots of personal needs for the management.
