    Negative Outlook

I worked at Bank of East Asia Singapore full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Seriously not much i can squeeze my brain out of

    Cons

Nothing will change if their mindset doesn't change
The bank will oust if it continue to work so rigidly and with oo many old staff who are waiting for retirement while younger employees will not stay long there since there is no room for progression and relevant training available.
This kind of bank cannot last very long located in a competitive banking society in Singapore

    Advice to Management

Nothing much to advise cos they don't listen !!

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Bank of East Asia Singapore full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    I can't think of any.

    Cons

Silly micromanagement such as card tapping to ensure punctuality, turning off air conditioning after 6:30pm, lack of training and development.
Compensation is noncompetitive, ability to attract talents is nonexistent.
    Many manual and menial task.

    Advice to Management

Poor leadership and lack of common sense at times.
Implement innovation instead of yapping it.
The failure to remain competitive with other banks will lead to talent drain.
Just shut the bank down instead, what's the point of maintaining the branch when cost of lending is so high, customers have many cheaper and more quality options instead.
