    Pros

    Relaxed environment. Very friendly employees. Dublin is a beautiful city to work in. Opportunities to advance are up to you, you get what you put in.

    Cons

    Everything takes a long time to come together. The relaxed environment sometimes causes things to be slow.

    Advice to Management

    Speed up your processes and get up to date with the rest of the banking industry.

    Very nice group of people who cared about my success

    Did not seem as though they had thought out my position and only gave tasks as they came up so there was a lot of time I just sat around waiting for tasks
