I worked at Bank of North Georgia full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Enjoyed the teamwork and customers. They consistently train staff and provide all the learning tools to sell services and products to customers.

    Cons

Not much chance of advancement. The salary is also lower than the average pay of other banks and standard 3-4% raises regardless of how well you perform.

    Pros

Performance is expected, but they don't over focus on meeting your numbers. They value the service given to customers as well as your sales.

    Cons

Salary is lower than I expected, and the technology needs improvement. The pace of advancement is slow, but that may be more a product of this economy than anything else.
