    Pros

    They really harp on the culture a lot, everyone i work with is nice and not cutthroat like at other banks, management seems to actually care about you

    Cons

    pay is not as competitive as the larger banks, in the smaller markets you can get stuck in positions

    Advice to Management

    this bank actually retains banker pretty well compared to other banks, only advice is to not relocate someone if they do not want to go.

    Pros

    Small company ability to move around within the company.

    Cons

    Manager normally is a remote manager and they do not know people only numbers.

    Great organization to work for. Restructuring led to lay-offs and my position was eliminated.
    I was well compensated for the change.

    I loved the job it was great. I loved the people that I worked with. We all came together to make work fun.

    I did not have one con. The hours were great. I got to have a home life. The pay was awesome.

    Pros

    Team oriented. This company really cares about the employees. Everyone comes together when needed. Also the provide Great company events for the employees and families.

    Cons

    There are not any challenges I have had to experienced. This company really listens to their employees and always find way to improve our working environment.

    Pros

    Fun environment to work.
    Commercial Banking, Private Banking, and Consumer all work well together.
    Senior Management accessible, down to earth and seem committed to Employees growth (i.e. unique Talent Development Training).
    Quarterly appreciation events for all employees.

    Cons

    Not a huge Consumer Footprint, but good locations.

    Pros

    Consumer branch environment was enjoyable and encouraged growth up to a certain point. Good bank for both employees and customers.

    Cons

    Benefits started great and declined as with most big corporations during the same time period. Company trained you for promotions for a while until you capped out.

    Advice to Management

    None as I bet none of this is reviewed by anyone that can actually affect the way the bank does business. Hope they succeed and continue to grow.
