    Pros

    Great company to work for. Hardworking employees are compensated fairly. Hometown feel bank which made me feel like an asset and individual not just a number.

    Cons

    None. I enjoy how management is very direct about what is expected.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing. You really make the hardworking individuals of the bank feel appreciated.

    Pros

    The hours are convenient. The dress code is laid back compared to how a lot of banks are. They're always providing more training

    Cons

    Everything is done back office. There are very few things they will let you take care of yourself in the branch. Deposit operations is in NO hurry to get anything done for you.

    I worked at Bank of the Ozarks (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The hours were convenient and created a work life balance.

    Cons

    The manager was not good and looked for reasons to keep employees there and from moving by writing them up for minor incidents. When District manger was addressed he allowed this activity to continue.

    Pros

    I loved working for Bank of the Ozarks. They offer insurance & 401k.

    Cons

    I did not like working on Saturdays. But that is really the only con I can think of.

    Advice to Management

    I think the management already knows what they are doing. It was an all around pleasant experience working for them.

    Pros

    Hours are good. Co-Workers are great. Most customers a polite.

    Cons

    System is outdated. Pay is low. Health benefits are terrible, deductibles are WAY to high. No room for recognizable promotion or any recognition at all individually. No gradually earned pay scale being followed.

    Advice to Management

    Be more involved. Be more attentive. Build a pay scale and follow it. Build a promotion scale for all positions. Give recognition where due. Negotiate health benefits for following year better.

    Pros

    Excellent benefits and paid time off. Referral incentives are great. Fairly nice environment to work in. Dress code has recently become more relaxed.

    Cons

    Doesn't pay loyal employees well. Reviews are not required at this job. Opportunity to move up is lacking. Please improve!

    Advice to Management

    Work on helping your associates and invest in their diligence and provide a gelatin work environment.
