    Pros

Benefits are pretty good for employees. Lots of educational programs on the Banner website. They accept a lot of different insurances.

    Cons

Communication and management is awful. Management plays favorites with employees in the office. HR is unhelpful and doesn't take concerns or complaints seriously.
