I worked at Baptist Health (Arkansas) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I was given an orientation to learn my job.

    Cons

I was in orientation and had been there about six weeks when I went for a checkup and learned I had to go into the hospital for a lung biopsy. The supervisor was annoyed and irritated. They terminated me for missing days during probation without any compassion and no one came to see me in the hospital and I was in Baptist Hospital. I had sarcoidosis and was on oxygen, very sick. I felt like I was treated with no dignity...
