I have been working at Baptist Health (Arkansas) part-time for more than a year

      Pros

The CNAs, LPNs, and RNs that work at Baptist are amazing health care providers. They truly care about their patients and work hard to help every patient recover back to their best health.

      Cons

Floors are always understaffed, which sometimes causes low morale in employees.
