    Like any other hospital that is non-profit it is being affected by the changes in health care. Cut backs and reorginzation are constantly in progress.

    Good benefits and good premiums, good opportunities for growth within the company, multiple locations to work at, great for long term employment

    Low employee advocacy, management does not support the employees who are held to enforcing Baptist policies. They will apologize to customers for you doing the job you are forced to do
