      Pros

Baptist is a good solid company to work for. Benefits are good, but thought they would be better to the employees that work for the facilities.

      Cons

To few employees doing to much work with to little time to get it done.

      Pros

Good benefits package, Payroll deduction for food/gift shop for FT employees, Equipment is up-to-date (computers etc), Best Health System in Jacksonville, FL

      Cons

Light years behind other hospitals as far as the internal programs we use , PTO accrual for sick, vacation, etc is mediocre (not the worst i've seen but not the best) After being 5 yrs employed you get around 7hrs PTO per pay period, No room to move up within company, Raises are said to be based on production but you only get "cost of living" adjustment each year.

      Pros

Good benefits, flexible hours, mostly friendly coworkers. They pay for schooling and give credits for staying healthy. Lots of employee perks (free game tickets, discounts etc)

      Cons

Management seems to have a problem with letting employees be their best just so they don't outshine them, even though it's their decision to not go above and beyond for the patient. Management needs more training.
