    Pros

Interview was awesome , hiring manager was very nice

    Cons

Be sure you read the fine print when they offer you a job here... they can change your position, hours and place you where ever they may need help at any of their locations without any notice . I was hired for a specific location and they ended up using me as a floater where ever they needed help

    Pros

Unit was always short RNs and CNAs. When there were adequate staff in our unit, they would be floated to other units leaving our unit short.

    Advice to Management

Hire adequate staff to handle the number of patients in all units.
