I have been working at Baptist Hospital full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Baptist has great benefits for their employees

    Cons

Baptist salaries are much lower than other institutions. If you transfer or get promoted you do not get paid the going rate of that position but instead only get a 4 -6% raise.

    Advice to Management

When an employee transfers to a better paying position they should be paid what they would offer a non baptist employee.
