I worked at Baptist Memorial Health Care full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Friendly people on the floor I worked on. Worked as a team. Manager was phenomenal

    Cons

Pay wasnt so great. Had to work holidays. Benefits and pay could have been better with the size of the company. Pay raises were like 3-5 cents, which was unreal

    Pros

Benefits are affordable, most office are some what up to date, multiple locations. Not too much else good a no out this company

    Cons

They don't value you or your opinion. Your literally a worker be and they will find someone to replace you in a heart beat. Raises are a joke and the pay is way less compared to other companies.

    Advice to Management

You need trained managers that have worked from the bottom up. The people in upper management are a joke. They set all these rules but follow none of them. They go on hour lunches and then take care of personal business on top of that. Then have the nerve to leave early. It's a joke. The CEO should be ashamed of the upper management he has.

    Advice to Management

Pay more and listen to the workers. If you just sit in the office at the desk and you don't do the job hands on, you can't determine what can be done.
