Working for Barbizon has been a wonderful opportunity to help young people to achieve their personal goals. My experience so far has been very positive. Great work hours, lots of benefits, great way to grow and learn with an established Company.
Cons
You have to be a good multi-tasker. This is a position for someone who is able to multi-task daily.

Can add to paycheck with commissions. Staff is nice. Upbeat work environment.
Cons
No growth in any position. You have to threaten to quit to get a raise. Boss does not care enough for employees (witnessed the owners yelling in other’s face more than once) did not follow covid guidelines. To many cons to list. Use company as a stepping stone only.
