    Pros

Compensation and benefits are on par with the top banks.

I have been working at Barclays full-time

    Pros

Benefit is good comparing with other banks even it gets worse and higher coinsurance like everyone else. People and business desk is nice and understanding.

    Cons

Every team cuts to bare bone. People are underpaid. No same position promotion means you have to change team to get promotion which drives people out.

    Advice to Management

Change your promotion policy and cut useless senior people to give room for talents.

    Pros

Barclays is a stable and reliable company. Its reputation is well-established, and it is considered very reliable. You do not have to wonder whether the paycheck is going to come or not.

    Cons

There is a lot of red tape involved in decision making at every level. The company moves too slowly to keep up in some industries. Management is generally very cheap.
