    -intern lunches with VPS
    -resume and cover letter workshop
-Integration with the team, people treat you like a member of Bard
    -Friendly, team player environment

    -

    Cons

    No real cons-
Depending on what department you intern in, your learning experience for the summer is different
An incredible experience for college/grad students. Leads to a great team of people, but most jobs at Bard are not entry level-most employees have had extensive work experience before getting hired.

    Advice to Management

Most interns had lots of hands on experiences, while others had less involved experiences.

    Pros

I interned in the marketing department and it was an amazing experience. I was given a lot of responsibility and did a lot of hands-on work. My boss was amazing and the whole staff is very friendly.

I have been working at Bard full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The products I sell are amazing and everyone wants them. My managers are very supportive and co-workers are helpful.

    Cons

The pay structure is based on growth instead of what you sell every month. The territories are too big and spread out.

    Advice to Management

Change the pat structure back to the way it should be. If i sell it... I should be paid for it. More jr reps to help us go deeper into accounts.
