    Pros

Nice and friendly people; good communication between regulatory/marketing/engineering/quality folks; good growth prospects given competent management of company

    Cons

Basically the only downside is limited career growth within the company. That's not to say you can't experience personal growth and learning, but there are limited roles within the company and not a lot of turn-over.

    Pros

Great team! Very very smart people, easy to get along with.
Learn a lot, make you feel important from day one.
    Treat you like a professional.

    Cons

Not a ton of room to talk with everyone. Location is decent at best. Extremely conservative company, would benefit those who have the ability to put the pedal to the medal for long periods of time.

I have been working at Bard full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The products I sell are amazing and everyone wants them. My managers are very supportive and co-workers are helpful.

    Cons

The pay structure is based on growth instead of what you sell every month. The territories are too big and spread out.

    Advice to Management

Change the pat structure back to the way it should be. If i sell it... I should be paid for it. More jr reps to help us go deeper into accounts.
