    I have been working at Bardel Entertainment full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

    -very cool projects that I'm proud to work on -food truck everyday -offers good company perks from time to time

    Cons

    -sweat shop feel, unrealistic amount of workload that can only be achieved timely with unpaid OT -benefits (dental) is a bit too low -understaffed HR, very unorganized project transition (hopefully just this time)

    Advice to Management

    -show more appreciation to your workers with more compensation -be organized, don't keep people hanging or waiting too long for contracts
